This Privacy Policy describes how the personal task-assistant service ("the Service"), operated by E3 Legacy Intel, a Division of Southern Recon Agency, LLC, collects, uses, and protects information for its SMS text-message notifications.
The mobile phone number of the account owner/operator. The content of task notes, reminders, and messages sent to or received from the Service.
To send task briefings, reminders, and to-do updates by SMS, and to process replies to update the owner's own task list. All messages are transactional and conversational. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies based on activity. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or rent personal information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use trusted service providers (such as our SMS carrier and software providers) solely to operate and deliver the Service; they may process information only as needed to provide the Service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, and we take reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorized access.
